Gurgaon, Haryana, India, December 2025 – Sunil Sarad has been elevated to the position of Senior General Manager Human Resources at Sandhar Technologies Limited, marking a significant milestone in his professional journey with the organization. In this new role, he will continue to lead strategic HR initiatives including talent development, succession planning, digital transformation, and employee engagement, building on his deep expertise and contributions over the past several years.
Sunil has been with Sandhar Technologies Limited for over seven years, where he previously held the role of General Manager Human Resources. He played a key role in areas such as Learning and Development, Talent Management, Competency Mapping, and advanced profiling tools like Thomas and WTW, as well as implementing HR Scorecards, Balanced Scorecards, and digital HR initiatives.
Prior to Sandhar, Sunil worked at International Tractors Limited as DGM – Talent Development, where he led several programs to enhance employee capability and align HR initiatives with organizational growth strategies.
Before that, he served as Senior General Manager at GNA Gears, contributing significantly to workforce planning and performance improvement across manufacturing operations. His earlier experience includes leadership roles in Adecco India as Location Head – Gurgaon, and in Manpower Services India Private Limited as Principal Consultant, where he handled recruitment mandates for power, oil & gas, manufacturing, and EPC sectors.
Sunil began his career at GNA Gears, where he spent over a decade and held the role of Deputy Manager, laying the foundation for his future leadership in HR. He holds a PGDM in Human Resource and Finance from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.
