Sunil Nair joins Rossari Biotech Limited after a successful tenure of over eight years at Ashok Leyland, where he served as Head of HR for the MHCV Business. In this role, he oversaw HR operations for 2,000 employees in sales, service, and parts divisions across 46 offices in India. Previously, he held the role of Head Business HR, managing the entire HR lifecycle for 1,500 employees in service, spare parts, network, training, and skill development divisions.

Before Ashok Leyland, Sunil was instrumental in corporate talent acquisition at Ashok Leyland as Divisional Manager, where he oversaw senior-level recruitment, policy development, and campus recruitment. He also played a key role in implementing SAP SuccessFactors.

Sunil’s journey in HR leadership includes his tenure as Head of Operations at Optimum HR Consultancy, Dubai, where he set up and managed the organisation’s entire recruitment process, built a business development team, and established new tie-ups with agents and clients. He further refined his skills as Recruitment Operations Manager at E2E HR Consultancy, Dubai, where he managed business development and candidate sourcing, and Operations Manager at Matchworkers International.

Earlier in his career, Sunil served as General Manager of HR and Administration at Siddhartha Apparels Private Limited, Chennai. He was responsible for managing HR functions for over 300 employees, overseeing labour issues, and representing the company in national garment fairs.
