Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, December 2025 — TeamLease Services Limited has announced the appointment of Suparna Mitra as its next Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (MD & CEO), effective February 2, 2026, succeeding Ashok Reddy, who will transition into the role of Executive Vice Chairman. The appointment, approved by the company’s Board of Directors, is part of TeamLease’s long-term succession planning and governance strategy aimed at sustaining growth and organisational continuity.
In her new role, Suparna will work closely with Ashok Reddy and the leadership team to ensure a seamless transition and continued focus on long-term strategy, operational excellence, and expansion initiatives. Manish Sabharwal will continue as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, while Narayan Ramachandran remains the Chairman of the Board, ensuring strong board-level continuity and strategic oversight.
Suparna joins TeamLease from Titan Company Limited, where she led the Watches & Wearables Division as Chief Executive Officer, driving exceptional revenue growth and strengthening Titan’s market leadership in India’s premium consumer segment. Over nearly three decades, she has built a distinguished career across retail, consumer goods, technology-led transformation, and digital commerce. Her earlier experiences include senior leadership roles at Hindustan Lever Limited and Arvind Brands, where she contributed to strategic brand-building and business expansion.
A graduate of Jadavpur University and an alumna of the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (IIM Calcutta), Suparna brings a rare blend of strategic foresight, customer-centric innovation, and people leadership. At TeamLease, she will lead the company’s continued transformation across its staffing, skilling, and compliance businesses—an enterprise that serves over 3,500 employers, operates across 800+ locations, and generates revenues exceeding ₹11,000 crore.
