Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, March 2025 – Sushant Shinge has been appointed as Head of Human Resources at NOTO – Healthy Ice Cream, where he will lead HR strategy, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development to drive a strong people-centric culture.
Sushant joins NOTO – Healthy Ice Cream after serving as Human Resources Manager at GOOD FLIPPIN’ BURGERS®, where he led employee engagement, payroll processing, and performance management for over two years. Prior to that, he worked with Impresario Handmade Restaurants as an HR Manager, overseeing talent acquisition and HR operations.

Earlier in his career, he spent nearly three years at WNS Global Services, first as Assistant Manager – Business Partner HR and later as Assistant Manager – Human Resources, where he specialized in workforce planning, career movements, and compliance processes. Before that, he worked as Regional Human Resources Manager at Chai Point, playing a key role in employee relations and organizational development initiatives.
Sushant’s earlier experience includes HR leadership roles at Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd. and Café Coffee Day, where he built and managed HR operations across multiple locations. His expertise spans HRIS management, performance evaluation, and strategic HR planning, making him a valuable addition to NOTO – Healthy Ice Cream’s leadership team.
