Belgrade, Serbia, March 2025 – TLScontact has announced the appointment of Nataliya Fedchuk as Head of People Europe and RCIS. In this role, she will oversee HR strategy, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives across the European and RCIS regions, reinforcing TLScontact’s commitment to fostering a high-performance workforce.
Nataliya Fedchuk has been with TLScontact for over eight years, most recently serving as Regional Human Resources Manager for SEE and NE, where she played a pivotal role in HR operations, talent development, and employee relations across multiple markets.
Before joining TLScontact, she was with NIS Gazprom Neft, where she led expat support and international projects, ensuring seamless HR operations for a globally diverse workforce. She also managed compensation structures and salary grading across the Balkans region.
Her previous experience includes compensation and benefits leadership roles at TNK-BP and The AES Corporation, where she specialized in reward strategies, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
