Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, September 2024 – Tamim Alkhalifah has been appointed as the new Chief Human Resources Officer at Alkhorayef Water & Power Technologies (AWPT), effective June 2024. In this role, Alkhalifah will oversee HR operations and strategies to support the company’s extensive engineering and construction projects in the water and wastewater sectors.
Prior to joining AWPT, Tamim Alkhalifah served as General Manager Human Capital at the Ministry of Health Saudi Arabia for nearly 2 years, where he managed comprehensive human capital strategies and initiatives.
Before this, he was the General Manager Human Capital Development at NWC for approximately 2 years and 4 months, focusing on HR functions including compensation, performance management, and organizational design.
Alkhalifah’s career also includes a role as Operational Planning Manager (Shared Services) at NWC for 1 year and 1 month, where he led operations and planning for shared services, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
He worked as an HR & Admin Manager at Arabian Medical Express Services for about 5 years, where he developed HR strategies and managed financial and supply chain operations.
Earlier in his career, he held roles at Samba Financial Group, starting as a Credit Analyst for 2 years and 6 months, where he was responsible for marketing financial products and conducting financial analysis.
