Dhaka, Bangladesh, September 2024 – Aminul Haque Pulak has been appointed as the new Head of Human Resources (General Manager) at GIGA TECH Limited. In this role, Pulak will oversee the HR department, focusing on strategic human resource management to support the company’s growth and technological innovation.
Career Journey: Prior to joining GIGA TECH Limited, Aminul Haque Pulak served as Head of Corporate Human Resources, Administration & Legal Affairs at Expo Group Bangladesh for approximately 2 years and 2 months, where he managed HR, administration, and legal functions.
Before that, Pulak was the Group Head of HR Strategy & Talent Management at Take Charge! for about 1 year and 6 months, where he was responsible for developing HR strategies and managing talent.
He also held the role of Group Head of Talent Acquisition at Take Charge! for 1 year and 6 months, focusing on talent acquisition and recruitment strategies.
Earlier in his career, Pulak worked at RANCON for around 3 years and 2 months, initially as Group Head of Recruitment & Employee Relations and later as Group Head of Organizational Development & Employee Relations.
