Birmingham, England, United Kingdom, September 2024 – Victoria Tierney has been appointed as the new Head of People Operations & Support at Mitchells & Butlers PLC. In her new role, Tierney will oversee all people operations and support functions, focusing on enhancing employee experience and operational efficiency within the organization.
Prior to joining Mitchells & Butlers PLC, Victoria Tierney served as People Business Partner at Busy Bees Nurseries for approximately 2 years and 3 months, where she was responsible for managing people operations and supporting business growth.
Before that, she worked as HR Operations Manager at Busy Bees Nurseries for about 2 years and 9 months, handling HR operations and process improvements.
Tierney took a break to travel across South East Asia and South Africa for about 7 months in 2019, enriching her global perspective.
Her earlier experience includes a significant tenure of over 10 years at Marston’s PLC, where she held roles from Retail HR Officer to Area Operations Manager, gaining expertise in operational management and HR functions.
