Kendal will lead all aspects of human resources for the company, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and workforce development across manufacturing, retail, support functions, and strategic operations.
In her previous role, Kendal served as Principal Human Resources Consultant at Kalata Consulting, LLC, where she provided strategic HR solutions, enhancing organizational effectiveness for her clients. Before this, Kendal spent over two decades with Victoria’s Secret & Co., where she held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President, Head of HR for VS&Co Stores. In this role, she oversaw HR operations for a workforce of 25,000–40,000 associates across the United States and Canada, driving initiatives in talent management, HR analytics, and associate relations.
During her time at Victoria’s Secret, Kendal also served as District Sales Manager, leading innovation and market intensification strategies while achieving industry-leading retention and engagement results. She began her career at Victoria’s Secret, progressing from seasonal associate to Store Manager, showcasing her dedication and operational expertise.
