Prior to joining First Connect Insurance Services, Tamir P. was the Chief Financial Officer at Acceldata, where he spearheaded financial operations and strategic growth initiatives. He played a pivotal role in scaling the company and driving operational excellence.

Earlier, he served as CFO at Virsec Systems, where he successfully led a $100 million Series C funding round, attracting investments from prominent firms such as Allen & Company and JC2 Ventures. His financial acumen contributed significantly to the company’s growth in the cybersecurity domain.
Before Virsec, Tamir worked as an M&A Advisor, Interim CFO, and Member of Advisory Boards, where he managed major acquisitions, including the sale of Packet to Equinix for $335 million and Apprente to McDonald’s. His tenure in these roles showcased his expertise in M&A transactions and strategic financial planning.
His earlier career includes serving as CFO at Dome9 Security, where he oversaw the company’s acquisition by Check Point Software for $175 million, and BlazeMeter, where he facilitated a successful acquisition by CA Technologies/Broadcom for $100 million. Tamir’s contributions consistently resulted in substantial returns for shareholders and robust growth for the companies he led.
