Nashville, Tennessee, USA – Davies North America has appointed Tammy Jetton as the new Chief Human Resources Officer for North America. This strategic addition to the executive team marks a significant milestone in Jetton’s illustrious career in human resources management.

Prior to her new role at Davies, Jetton served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Guaranteed Rate, where she oversaw a broad range of HR functions from December 2022 to March 2024. Her tenure at Guaranteed Rate was preceded by significant roles at Stearns Lending, Inc., where she climbed the ranks from Vice President of HR Business Partner in February 2018 to Chief Human Resources Officer by September 2020. At Stearns Lending, her leadership was instrumental in refining HR strategies that enhanced organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
Jetton’s extensive background also includes nearly seven years at Capital One, where she developed her expertise in talent acquisition and strategic HR consulting, further solidifying her reputation in the field. Her early career was marked by a decade-long tenure at Bank of America, where she served in various HR capacities, contributing significantly to workforce management and strategic HR planning.
