Dhaka, Bangladesh, October 2025 — Taniya Arora has joined Epic Group as Country Head – HR and Admin, marking a new chapter in her distinguished career in human resources leadership. Based in Dhaka, Taniya will spearhead the company’s HR and administrative operations, driving cultural transformation, strategic workforce planning, and stakeholder management to align with Epic Group’s mission of excellence and sustainability in the global apparel industry.
Before joining Epic Group, Taniya served as Senior Vice President – HR and Admin at Cheil India, where she led transformation across talent, culture, and organizational processes. Over her three-year tenure, she implemented large-scale people strategies, strengthened leadership pipelines, and drove HR digitalization initiatives to enhance engagement and performance across the company.
Prior to her role at Cheil, she was EVP – HR and Admin at Microtek International Pvt. Ltd., where she contributed to aligning people systems with business strategy and building robust talent frameworks. Earlier, she spent four years at Jakson Limited as EVP – HR and Administration, overseeing HR operations across India, Bangladesh, and Nepal, and serving as a member of the company’s Board.
Taniya’s earlier experience includes a significant eight-year stint with Airbus Group India Pvt. Ltd., where she handled HR and expat management across New Delhi, Bangalore, and Mumbai, playing a key role in policy design, compliance, and international mobility. She began her HR journey with Cairn Energy PLC, where she built and streamlined expatriate management policies, and also held early-career roles at Enron India and YSF Hotels & Resorts, gaining valuable experience in administration and operations.
Taniya holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) in Human Resources from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, underscoring her strong academic foundation in strategic HR leadership.
