Tariq Alghamdi Appointed as Head of Talent Acquisition at Keeta

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, October 2024 – Tariq Alghamdi has joined Keeta as the Head of Talent Acquisition. In his new role, Tariq will be responsible for leading the company’s talent acquisition strategy, enhancing recruitment processes, and ensuring Keeta attracts top-tier talent to support its continued growth in international markets. Based in Riyadh, Tariq will oversee all aspects of recruitment operations, employer branding, and candidate experience.

Before joining Keeta, Tariq held several key roles at Foodics, where he led the People Success department. His responsibilities included overseeing talent acquisition and people operations across the GCC, Jordan, and Egypt. As Head of People Success, he led a team of professionals to drive HR functions and ensure compliance with local labor laws while enhancing employer branding and improving the overall candidate experience.

Prior to his role at Foodics, Tariq served as Talent Acquisition Manager – KSA at Sary, where he focused on recruitment strategies in the Saudi Arabian market. He successfully led hiring processes and collaborated with internal stakeholders to enhance recruitment efficiency for the B2B e-commerce platform.

Tariq also spent time at Zajil Express as the Talent Acquisition Lead, where he was responsible for managing recruitment efforts for the logistics and delivery company. His role involved overseeing the entire talent acquisition lifecycle and helping to shape the company’s recruitment strategy during a period of growth.

Earlier in his career, Tariq worked as an HR Specialist at Sabil Mart Co. in Dammam, where he was responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. He managed relations with local and overseas recruitment agencies and handled grievances, terminations, and disciplinary procedures.

His career began at TQ Education and Training Company as an HR Officer, where he handled employee relations, government relations tasks, and student administration in the education sector.
