São Paulo, Brazil, October 2024 – Tatiana Barrocal Porto has been named the new Chief People Officer at NAVA – Technology for Business, taking responsibility for the company’s People, ESG, and Internal Communications areas. In this role, Tatiana will support NAVA’s growth strategy, bringing her wealth of experience in human resources leadership to the technology sector.
Prior to joining NAVA, Tatiana served as People Executive Director at NTT DATA Europe & Latam for over 3 years. During her tenure at NTT DATA, she provided strategic HR leadership for Brazil, working closely with the executive team to enhance the employee experience and ensure HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Tatiana also worked as Human Resources Director at Cognizant for nearly 6 years, where she was responsible for defining HR strategies that supported the company’s growth and organizational goals in Brazil. She played a key role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management, collaborating with the executive leadership to implement HR practices that fostered growth.
Earlier in her career, Tatiana spent over 15 years at Accenture in various HR roles, including HR Manager – Supply & Demand Lead. In this capacity, she managed the talent supply chain for 9,000 employees across multiple areas, working with senior leadership to optimize staffing, recruitment, and training strategies.
With extensive experience in human resources leadership across prominent global companies, Tatiana is well-positioned to lead NAVA’s people initiatives and contribute to its continued growth and innovation.
