Prior to joining ConData, Taylor Walthers served as Director of HR & Culture at TransLoop for over three years, where she played a critical role in shaping people strategies, enhancing workplace culture, and enabling business expansion across logistics functions. Her leadership was instrumental in aligning HR with company performance goals during a phase of rapid growth.
She brings over five years of experience from CJ Logistics America, where she progressed through roles including Senior Human Resources Manager, HR Manager, and HR Generalist. During this time, she managed complex talent operations across multiple locations and led initiatives in employee relations, HR compliance, and workforce development. She also held operational roles such as Customer Operations Lead Analyst, and was part of the Successful Careers in Logistics Rotation Program, showcasing her cross-functional acumen.
Earlier in her career, Taylor worked in diverse roles including Supply Chain Intern at Glanbia Performance Nutrition, Student Worker at Benedictine University, and Sales Lead at Aéropostale, where she honed her leadership, customer service, and operational skills. These experiences have contributed to her people-centric approach and strategic HR mindset.
