Shaffer assumed his new role, after nearly eight years of dedicated service within the company, marking a new chapter in his career with TE Connectivity.
In his latest position, Shaffer is responsible for leading the human resources strategy across the Appliances Business Unit, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to drive growth and innovation. His role is crucial in fostering an environment that supports TE Connectivity’s commitment to engineering ingenuity and operational excellence.
Grant Shaffer’s journey at TE Connectivity began in June 2016 as Director, HR Business Partner. Over the years, he has played a pivotal role in developing and implementing HR strategies that support the company’s goals. His efforts have been instrumental in enhancing organizational capabilities and ensuring the alignment of business strategies with talent management, including recruitment, performance management, and employee development.
Prior to joining TE Connectivity, Shaffer accumulated extensive experience at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and other prominent organizations, where he led various initiatives to streamline HR processes and enhance workforce productivity through strategic talent management and development programs.
