In her new role, Sandra will focus on advancing Microboard’s people strategy, fostering an innovative workplace culture, and aligning HR initiatives with the company’s mission to deliver world-class capabilities in the electronics manufacturing industry.
Prior to joining Microboard, Sandra Vidackovic served as Vice President, Human Resources at Accel International Holdings for nearly 13 years. During her tenure, Sandra played a pivotal role in driving strategic HR initiatives, fostering employee engagement, and supporting organizational growth.
Earlier in her career, Sandra held dual roles as Human Resources Director at Edible Arrangements and Netsolace, Inc., where she led HR strategies across diverse business functions. Her contributions included talent management, organizational design, and HR process optimization.
Sandra also gained experience in HR operations as HR Manager at ServGate Technologies and as Senior HR Generalist at BlueStar Solutions, where she supported key HR functions and provided solutions to complex workforce challenges. Her career foundation was built in generalist roles at Greenbriar Homes Communities and Heinzen Manufacturing, Inc., where she developed expertise in HR analytics and employee relations.
