Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, November 2024 – Louise Hope has joined Campbell Property Group as Group Chief People Officer, bringing over two decades of experience in strategic HR leadership and organizational development. In her new role, Hope will drive the company’s people strategy, focusing on fostering a culture of innovation, employee engagement, and operational excellence.
Before joining Campbell Property Group, Louise Hope served as Group Chief People & Operations Officer at GrowthOps, where she provided strategic leadership across HR, payroll, talent, and operations for a geographically dispersed team of over 450 staff and hundreds of freelancers across the APAC region. Her role emphasized operational efficiency and talent management to drive business performance.
Earlier, Hope served as Executive Director, People & Culture at the Australian Film Television and Radio School (AFTRS). She spearheaded significant cultural transformation initiatives, embedding new organizational values and enhancing accessibility and equity through DE&I programs for staff and students alike.
Hope’s extensive experience also includes nine years at the Sydney Opera House, where she held multiple leadership roles, including Head of Organisation Development & Learning, shaping the People & Culture strategy for a workforce of 900 employees. Her ability to lead impactful cultural change and organizational design projects was pivotal in achieving the Opera House’s strategic goals.
