Darren’s decision to convert his cash salary to shares is not new; he previously took his entire salary in shares from 2010 to 2015. This move aligns with his consistent practice of investing significantly in the company, aligning his interests closely with those of TELUS shareholders. In 2023 alone, Darren purchased 395,843 common shares, ending the year with a total of 799,209 common shares, approximately 12 times his base salary.
