Southaven, Mississippi, United States, August 2024 – Tera Jackson has begun her new role as Vice President of Human Resources at StationServ. In this role, she will lead the company’s HR functions, focusing on talent strategy, performance management, and organizational development to support StationServ’s continued growth and commitment to excellence.
Before joining StationServ, Tera served as Senior Human Resources Manager, HRBP at Charles River Laboratories in Memphis, Tennessee. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in talent strategy, performance management, and diversity initiatives, ensuring a cohesive and inclusive work environment across the organization.
Prior to her role at Charles River Laboratories, Tera was the Senior Manager of Compensation & Human Resources Operations at View, Inc. in Olive Branch, Mississippi. Her responsibilities included HR operations, compensation management, and compliance, where she successfully streamlined processes and enhanced HR systems to better support the company’s global operations.
Tera also spent nearly 15 years at IMC Companies, where she progressed through various roles, including Vice President of Human Resources. At IMC, she led HR strategy, organizational development, and compliance across multiple companies, contributing to the organization’s significant growth and success.
