Dublin, Ohio, United States, April 2025 – Tessa Lawrence has taken on the role of Vice President, Human Resources at Lisinski Law Firm, bringing with her over two decades of HR leadership experience across a range of high-growth and complex organizational environments. In this position, Tessa will spearhead the firm’s people strategy, overseeing talent acquisition, employee engagement, DEI, learning and development, and overall HR operations.
Prior to joining Lisinski Law Firm, Tessa served as Senior Director of Human Resources, where she shaped strategic HR frameworks to support business expansion. Before that, she led HR for multiple Centers of Excellence at Actalent, overseeing a 40+ member HR team and advancing employee experience, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
Tessa previously held multiple senior HR roles at Aerotek and EASi over a 17-year period, including HR Director for Field Support and Director of Human Resources for engineering and science divisions, where she was instrumental in designing the performance management system and scaling HR support for over 100,000 contractors and 7,500 employees. Her early experiences as a Regional Field-Support Manager and Recruiter gave her a solid foundation in operational HR execution, compliance, and leadership development.
