Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, April 2025 – Vikram Sharma has joined Donear Industries Limited as the new Vice-President – Human Resources. In his new role, Vikram will be leading the organization’s HR transformation agenda, contributing to workforce optimization, talent management, and employee engagement at one of India’s leading textile and fashion houses.
Prior to this, Vikram was associated with Flipcarbon as the Regional Business Head – CHRO Practice, where he led client relationships, service delivery, and revenue strategy for the West region. He briefly took a sabbatical to pursue personal goals and entrepreneurial interests, during which he co-owned a business venture in Mumbai.
Before this, he served over six years at Writer Relocations as General Manager and Head HR – Global Operations, where he was responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives across global operations, including India and the Middle East. His work focused on leadership development, organizational communication, and people capability building.
Vikram previously held the role of Zonal Head – People Office at Future Supply Chain Solutions Limited, where he led people strategies and training initiatives. He spent nearly nine years with Raymond Limited, in progressive HR leadership roles culminating in the Head HR position for J.K. Ansell Ltd, where he managed HR operations for both FMCG and medical verticals, with significant contributions in industrial relations and talent development.
He began his career at Raymond Limited as a Management Trainee and rose through the ranks over the years. Vikram holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management, Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the Xavier Institute of Social Service.
