Gurgaon, Haryana, India, April 2025 – Jasleen Khurana has stepped into an expanded leadership role as Director of Operations – India & Head – HR at Scry AI, a global AI solutions company with offices across the US, Dubai, and India. In this dual role, she will lead strategic operations across India while continuing to drive the company’s people and culture agenda.
Jasleen’s promotion is a natural progression from her impactful tenure of over nine years as Head of HR and Administration at Scry AI, where she built robust HR systems, spearheaded talent development, and established compliance and engagement frameworks from the ground up. Her efforts laid the cultural and operational foundations necessary to scale the organization.
In her new role, Jasleen now oversees India-wide operations, aligning business strategies with operational execution, and driving cross-functional collaboration, policy governance, business continuity, and compliance—including ISO and SOC 2 audit preparedness. She continues to lead the end-to-end HR charter encompassing talent acquisition, L&D, succession planning, D&I, and leadership enablement, acting as the primary liaison between India operations and global executive leadership.
Before joining Scry AI, Jasleen held HR roles at Nielsen, TUI Travel PLC, and Genpact, gaining experience in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development across diverse industry verticals.
