BENGALURU, INDIA, August 29, 2024 — The/Nudge Institute, a prominent organization dedicated to solving India’s pressing developmental challenges, is thrilled to announce the appointment of Krishna Raghavan as Chief People Officer. With a robust background of 25 years in Tech and HR, Krishna is set to lead the People and Culture strategy at The/Nudge Institute, supporting its mission in collaboration with governments, markets, and civil society.
Krishna joins The/Nudge from Flipkart, where as Chief People Officer, he led transformative initiatives that significantly improved the employee experience, establishing the company as a top employer. His previous roles have included significant contributions at Navi, Cleartrip, and Yahoo, where he led various HR functions such as talent acquisition and development, compensation and benefits, and organizational design.

Krishna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from St. Xavier’s College and a B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Denison University.
