Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, April 2026 – Thomas Joseph has stepped into the role of Chief People Officer at WNS Global Services (Part of Capgemini), marking a significant leadership transition at a time of strategic transformation for the organization.
In this role, Thomas Joseph will lead the global people agenda for over 66,000 professionals across 65+ locations, focusing on driving intelligent operations, enterprise talent strategy, and seamless integration aligned with WNS’ evolution as an AI-powered transformation partner. His mandate includes strengthening leadership capability, advancing DEI initiatives, and enabling large-scale organizational transformation across geographies.
Thomas Joseph has been associated with WNS Global Services for over 18 years, most recently serving as Executive Vice President – Human Resources, where he played a pivotal role in shaping global HR strategy. During his tenure, he led large-scale organizational transformations, including global rollouts of job architecture, leadership frameworks, and talent management systems, while also driving M&A integration initiatives across multiple regions.
Earlier, he served as Deputy General Manager – HR at IBM Daksh, where he contributed to strengthening HR operations and supporting business growth in a rapidly scaling environment.
Prior to that, he held the role of Associate Vice President – HR at Tata Business Support Services Limited, where he was instrumental in developing HR strategies aligned with business expansion and service delivery excellence.
He also gained experience as a Manager at Capgemini Ernst & Young, followed by a role as HR Partner at Tata Consultancy Services, where he contributed to talent management and HR business partnering across functions.
With nearly three decades of experience spanning business process management, manufacturing, and services, Thomas Joseph brings deep expertise in organizational development, enterprise talent management, and global HR transformation.
