Thomas Parker has been promoted as the new Head of Marketing – Beauty at Boots UK.
This promotion marks a significant milestone in Parker’s illustrious career, reflecting over a decade of dedicated service and exceptional contributions to the beauty sector at Boots UK and its parent company, Walgreens Boots Alliance.
Parker’s journey at Boots UK began over eight years ago, where he has progressively assumed roles of increasing responsibility. Before stepping into his current position, he served as the Head of Go to Market Strategy – Beauty from September 2022 to March 2024, a role in which he significantly influenced the company’s beauty marketing strategies. Prior to this, Parker was the Senior Buying Manager for Haircare, Suncare, and Impulse categories, demonstrating his versatile skill set and deep understanding of the beauty market.
His tenure at Walgreens Boots Alliance further enriched his experience, where he was pivotal in managing and promoting the No7 Anti-Ageing Skincare range as a Global Assistant Brand Manager. Additionally, his early role as an Assistant Buying Manager for OTC Medicines at Boots UK provided him with foundational insights into consumer healthcare, complementing his expertise in beauty marketing.
