Before assuming this role, Tim served as CMO, IOMBU at McDonald’s, where he led marketing strategy across key international operating markets. Prior to that, he was Marketing Director in Australia, overseeing one of the brand’s most dynamic regional businesses.
Over the course of his tenure, Tim advanced through multiple leadership positions including National Marketing Manager, Group Brand Manager, Senior Brand Manager, National Brand Manager, and Marketing Consultant, steadily expanding his influence across national campaigns, customer experience strategies, and franchise-driven growth initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Tim built foundational expertise with Red Rooster as National Marketing Coordinator, helping shape his capabilities in brand management, campaign execution, and consumer engagement.
