Helsinki, Finland, March 2025 — Tim Peters has been appointed as Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President, Demand Generation at Guideline, where he will spearhead the company’s global marketing strategy, brand positioning, and revenue-focused demand generation initiatives. In this dual role, Tim will lead all aspects of marketing, working at the intersection of artificial intelligence and go-to-market strategy to accelerate Guideline’s growth trajectory.
With over a decade of experience in scaling marketing functions across B2B SaaS, private equity-backed ventures, and enterprise tech, Tim Peters brings deep expertise in brand building, data-driven growth, customer acquisition, and marketing operations. At Guideline, he will be responsible for executing high-impact multi-channel campaigns, aligning marketing with revenue outcomes, and evolving the company’s positioning in a competitive landscape.
Before joining Guideline, Tim served as Global Marketing Leader at Enghouse Systems, where he oversaw international marketing strategies across four divisions. Previously, he was Vice President of Global Marketing and Revenue Operations at Doxim, where he played a key role in driving M&A, revenue transformation, and a tenfold increase in ACV bookings. His earlier roles include Chief Revenue Officer – Americas at ScribbleLive, and senior leadership positions at [24]7.ai, Ideal.com, and IntelliResponse Systems, where he launched award-winning products and built world-class go-to-market teams.
