Bramsche, Niedersachsen, Germany, March 2025 – Tobias Rosenthal has been appointed as Head of People & Culture Operations at Duni Group, where he will lead the company’s HR operations, talent management strategies, and culture initiatives to foster an engaging and high-performing workforce. In this role, he will oversee organizational development, HR processes, and employee experience, supporting Duni Group’s commitment to sustainability and innovation in the dining and food packaging sector.
Tobias has been with Duni Group for over a decade, steadily rising through leadership roles in HR and People & Culture. Before this appointment, he served as Manager of People & Culture for four years, where he was responsible for developing HR strategies, driving employee engagement, and optimizing workforce planning across multiple locations. His tenure saw significant improvements in HR efficiency and talent development within the organization.
Prior to that, he held the position of HR Manager at Duni Logistik GmbH, where he played a key role in HR operations, workforce planning, and compliance management. His leadership in talent acquisition and organizational development helped strengthen Duni’s HR functions.
Earlier in his career, Tobias served as an HR Business Partner at Duni GmbH for nearly seven years, where he contributed to employee relations, performance management, and leadership development programs. His expertise in HR policies, strategic workforce planning, and talent acquisition significantly impacted Duni Group’s ability to attract and retain top talent.
With a career spanning more than a decade at Duni Group, Tobias’s deep knowledge of the company’s HR operations, employee engagement strategies, and business objectives makes him a strong leader to drive the People & Culture function forward. His experience in HR strategy, organizational transformation, and employee experience enhancement positions him well to support Duni Group’s continued growth and success in the global market.
