Maggie Leen has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Top Hat, transitioning from her role as Chief Marketing Officer within the company. During her tenure as CMO, Leen distinguished herself by crafting and executing Top Hat’s corporate and market strategy, significantly contributing to the company’s mission of delivering personalized, engaging, and equitable student learning experiences. Her background includes senior executive positions at Pearson and Adtalem, underscoring her deep expertise in higher education.
In a parallel move, Larry Indovina, previously Chief People Officer at Top Hat, expands his role to include Chief Operating Officer duties. Indovina’s leadership has been pivotal in nurturing a high-performance culture at Top Hat and driving operational excellence, particularly in the company’s mergers and acquisitions endeavors.
Top Hat also extends a warm welcome to Bill Okun as the new Executive Chairman of its Board of Directors.
