Greenville, South Carolina, United States, April 2025 – Tracey Cook has been promoted to Chief Human Resources Officer at Fluor Corporation, marking a significant milestone in her distinguished 36-year career with the company. In her new role, she will be responsible for leading Fluor’s global HR strategy, aligning talent initiatives with corporate objectives, and shaping the company’s organizational culture.
Tracey most recently served as Vice President – HR Strategic Business Partner for Segments, where she played a pivotal role in aligning HR functions with business segment needs. Prior to that, she held the role of Vice President – Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions / President of Fluor’s Equipment Division, bringing deep experience in corporate development and operational leadership to the table.

Earlier in her career, Tracey held several senior leadership roles at AMECO, a Fluor business line, including President, Vice President of Global Operations, and Chief Financial Officer. Her extensive background in finance, operations, and executive leadership has enabled her to bring a unique, business-aligned perspective to human resources.
Tracey has also contributed to external leadership through board roles at Astec Industries, Inc., where she serves as Chair of the Audit Committee, and at the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce, where she is an active Director.
