Pune, Maharashtra, India, May 2026 – Tracy Austina Zacreas has been promoted as Vice President – Learning & Development and Resource Management Group at Tata Technologies. In her expanded leadership role, she will continue driving the organization’s global learning, talent development, and workforce capability strategies while supporting resource management initiatives across the company’s worldwide operations.
Prior to this promotion, Tracy Austina Zacreas served as Deputy Vice President – Global Head, Learning & Development at Tata Technologies, where she led learning transformation initiatives focused on capability building, technical learning, leadership development, and organizational upskilling. Before that, she held the role of AVP Global Head – Technical Learning and Development, helping strengthen the company’s technical talent ecosystem and learning frameworks aligned with the future of engineering and digital transformation. Throughout her tenure, she has played an important role in building learning-driven growth strategies for engineering talent globally.
Before joining Tata Technologies, Tracy spent nearly seven years with KPIT as Head – Engineering Academy & Operations, where she led learning analytics, engineering capability development, and operational learning programs. Her leadership at KPIT focused on strengthening technical learning systems and preparing engineering talent for evolving industry and technology requirements.
Alongside her corporate leadership journey, Tracy has also contributed significantly to academia and higher education. She served as a Course Director at Coventry University and was also associated with KLE Technological University – Hubballi as an Adjunct Faculty Member. Earlier in her career, she spent over a decade with M. S. Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences as Assistant Professor, specializing in Automotive Electronics and engineering education.
