Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia, September 2024 – Tracy Tan has been appointed as the new Chief People Officer at Annata. In this role, she will lead the company’s people and culture initiatives, focusing on talent branding, recruitment, corporate communications, learning and development, and employee engagement.
Tracy joins Annata after serving as the Global Talent Manager at the same company for approximately 2 years and 9 months, where she was instrumental in driving people and culture transformation. Her role involved managing a wide range of HR functions, including talent branding, recruitment, and employee engagement.
Before her tenure at Annata, Tracy worked as a Regional Talent & Learning Solutions Consultant at LinkedIn for about 2 years and 2 months. In this position, she drove new business acquisition for LinkedIn’s talent and learning solutions, generating significant revenue and securing major deals such as the largest LinkedIn Learning deal in Malaysia for NBA.
Tracy’s earlier experience includes working at Robert Walters for approximately 2 years and 4 months, where she held roles as a Senior Consultant – Legal & Corporate Secretarial and Consultant – Legal & Corporate Secretarial. During her time there, she achieved notable awards and high rankings for placements and sales.
Tracy started her career as a Legal Associate at Christopher & Lee Ong, a member firm of Rajah & Tann Asia, where she worked for 3 years and 6 months. Her responsibilities included handling corporate litigation, landlord and tenant disputes, and general civil litigation.
