Gauteng, South Africa, September 2025 — Trevonica Naidu has been appointed as Executive Head – Human Capital Experience at VKB Group. In this leadership role, she will focus on enhancing the employee journey across the organization, building strategies that strengthen people experience and organizational culture in alignment with VKB Group’s growth in the agricultural and food supply chain sectors.
Trevonica has been with VKB Group since 2024, most recently serving as Executive Head: Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, where she led initiatives to embed inclusive practices and strengthen equity across the business. Her contributions in this role have paved the way for her transition into overseeing the broader human capital experience.
Before joining VKB Group, she spent more than 14 years as Director – Transformation, Diversity, Inclusion, and Employment Equity at Transformation Integrated Africa. During her tenure, she led organization-wide change programs, advanced employment equity strategies, and strengthened diversity and inclusion practices across multiple sectors in South Africa.
Trevonica holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the Unisa Graduate School of Business Leadership (SBL), further strengthening her expertise in leadership, organizational transformation, and people strategy.
