Tricia Kinne has recently joined as the Chief People Officer at Select Dental Management LLC. This position, marks a pivotal point in Kinne’s distinguished career in human resources spanning several decades.
Prior to her new role at Select Dental Management, Kinne excelled as the Chief People Officer at Align ENT & Allergy, where she served for a year starting in May 2023. At Align, she was instrumental in formulating strategic human resources policies to support otolaryngology practices, which significantly enhanced organizational effectiveness across their network.
Before Align, Kinne led the human resources department at RetireeFirst for a year, where her leadership was crucial in driving forward the company’s retiree benefit management solutions. Her role involved developing strategic HR initiatives that aligned with RetireeFirst’s goals of improving health outcomes and enhancing service quality for retirees.
From February 2019 to May 2022, Kinne was the Vice President of Human Resources at Veterinary Practice Partners (VPP). During her tenure, she managed the complete HR lifecycle and played a key role in the company’s rapid expansion through strategic acquisitions and integrations, enhancing VPP’s capacity to deliver high-quality veterinary care across multiple locations.
Earlier, Kinne held a significant position as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at PE GI Solutions, where she led HR operations for nearly 1,500 employees. Her efforts were crucial in the development and management of HR functions that supported the company’s expansive network of GI Ambulatory Surgery Centers.
