Tryzens appoints Bernie Segal as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors.
In his role as Chairman, Bernie will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting the Board and executive leadership as the business accelerates its growth strategy over the coming years.
Bernie has a strong and relevant pedigree in digital commerce, with 20+ years of experience in digital transformation, strategy development, business scale-up, leadership mentoring and partnership development. He has worked with some of the world’s biggest brands, digital consultancies, and technology businesses, which adds a unique perspective to this role.
Bernie joins Tryzens at a pivotal moment in the company’s growth journey following a management buyout supported by private equity firm WestBridge in August 2023. This journey, focuses on increasing the value and innovation that Tryzens provides to clients and their customers and expanding Tryzens’ range of services and solutions internationally.
