Rockville, Maryland, United States – November 2024 – Tuuli Stenbäck has taken on the role of Chief People Officer at Loihde, where she will leverage her deep expertise in human resources and people management to advance Loihde’s mission of digital growth and security solutions. In her new position, Stenbäck will lead the People Operations function, contributing to the organization’s digital and security innovation while fostering a workplace culture centered on inclusivity, development, and growth.
In her previous role at Accountor Group, Stenbäck served as the Human Resources Director for Services Finland. Leading a team of HR professionals, she played a pivotal role in people and competence development across 30+ sites in Finland. Her responsibilities included overseeing HR for around 1,000 employees and contributing to the Outsourcing Finland leadership team, helping drive strategic HR initiatives across Accountor’s large-scale service operations.
Earlier, Stenbäck was the HR Director for the HR Cluster at Accountor Group, where she managed HR and payroll solutions for a technology-driven department employing over 200 professionals. Her efforts focused on enhancing the HRM systems and supporting the company’s position as a leading provider of HR and payroll software in Finland, further strengthening Accountor’s HR management strategies.
At LeadDesk, a fast-growing telephony software company, she held the role of Head of HR. During her tenure, Stenbäck was instrumental in establishing HR functions across six countries, advancing LeadDesk’s HR strategy, and preparing the company for its IPO. Her initiatives in talent acquisition, benefits, compensation, and cultural development contributed to LeadDesk’s operational maturity and growth.
Stenbäck’s early experience includes her role at Bolt.Works as Recruitment Lead, where she managed HR operations and recruited for construction staffing. In this role, she led a team to ensure compliance with employment law and coordinated permits for international workers, supporting some of Finland’s largest construction companies.
