In this new capacity, Thaxton will lead initiatives aimed at boosting productivity and optimizing operational processes across the company.

Robert Thaxton’s Journey and Expertise
Beginning his career at U.S. Energy in 2014 in the engineering department, Thaxton ascended to the role of senior strategist in 2020, where he was instrumental in strategic planning and risk management. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Marietta College and an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, along with a certificate in conflict resolution from Cornell University.
