Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, January 2025 – Vaishali Pachchhapurkar has been appointed as the India HR Head at Tredence Inc. With over two decades of experience in finance, research, strategy, and human resources, Vaishali is known for her leadership in skill development, employee engagement, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). At Tredence, she will lead key areas such as talent acquisition, organizational development, and total rewards, aligning HR practices with strategic goals while fostering a culture of inclusivity and innovation.
Before joining Tredence, Vaishali served as Director – Human Capital at PwC, where she led HR strategies for over five years, driving transformation and employee engagement initiatives to support organizational growth. Prior to her tenure at PwC, she spent more than 13 years at Genpact, where she held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President, Learning & Talent Development, and Vice President, HR – Analytics Practice. In these roles, she was instrumental in enhancing employee lifecycle management, skill development, and implementing innovative workplace programs, earning accolades like the Management Award and Diamond Award.

Vaishali also gained valuable experience in investment research and due diligence during her tenure at Copal Partners and IntegraScreen, where she led teams conducting competitive analysis, financial assessments, and ethical evaluations for global clients. Her early career saw her working as a Management Trainee at Tourism Finance Corporation of India, focusing on loan approvals, market research, and financial analysis for tourism and hospitality projects.
