Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States, May 2025 – Valerie Blatt has been appointed as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), Supply Chain Management at SAP, marking a new chapter in her distinguished leadership journey with the enterprise software giant. In this elevated role, Valerie is leading global customer success and go-to-market strategy for SAP’s unified Supply Chain Management organization, including the SAP Business Network.
In her role, she is responsible for driving global revenue, shaping product direction, and delivering high-value outcomes for customers. Valerie’s appointment comes at a pivotal time as SAP brings together its digital supply chain, field service management, and B2B commerce network into a cohesive business unit. Her mission is focused on building resilient, transparent, and connected supply chains for the future.
Prior to this, Valerie served as Global Head for SAP Business Network Customer Success & Go-to-Market. Over nearly five years, she led strategy execution and product influence efforts that empowered SAP customers and partners to thrive through connected commerce, significantly enhancing collaboration across the global supply chain.
Earlier, she held the position of Business Head and General Manager, Global SMB at SAP Concur, overseeing a large team across the US, Canada, EMEA, and Australia. Valerie was instrumental in scaling SAP’s reach within the small to medium-sized business segment through innovative sales, consulting, and customer success strategies.
Before joining SAP, Valerie spent over a decade at SAP Ariba in various senior roles. She played a key part in operational leadership and OnDemand deployment, spearheading customer adoption programs and managing global teams. Her earlier experience also includes program management at FreeMarkets, a company acquired by Ariba.
Valerie holds a Bachelor’s degree in English and Business from Westminster College (PA), providing her with a solid foundation to lead with both strategic and customer-centric insight.
