In this role, Vansh will oversee the strategic direction and execution of talent acquisition and management, ensuring that Mstack continues to attract and retain top talent to drive the company’s growth and success.
Vansh Joshi most recently served as Associate Director – Talent Acquisition at Ola Electric in Bengaluru, where he was instrumental in building the organization through leadership hiring, managing talent acquisition for corporate functions across all levels, and enhancing the overall candidate experience. His contributions included managing a generalist hiring program, serving as an HR panelist for campus recruitment, and driving the Talent Acquisition Program Management.
Prior to his tenure at Ola Electric, Vansh worked as a Senior Consultant & Engagement Manager at Amrop India in New Delhi. In this role, he focused on worldwide leadership executive search, succession planning, and global project management across various sectors, including technology, industrial, and chemicals.
Vansh also served as an Associate Director at Executive Access India for over three years, where he led leadership executive search and business development across a wide range of industries, including petrochemicals, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare.
Earlier in his career, Vansh held positions at Heidrick & Struggles as an Associate – Life Sciences, where he managed regional and country-level executive search in the pharmaceuticals and healthcare sectors, and at Ma Foi Management Consultants as an Associate Consultant – Client Relations & Delivery, where he was responsible for recruitment in technology and managed services.
