Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, June 2025 — Varun Chandar has been appointed as HR Director – APAC at Zeitview, a leading US-based aerial intelligence company known for deploying AI and drone-powered solutions to revolutionize infrastructure inspections. In this strategic regional role, Varun will be responsible for building future-ready teams, reimagining HR systems, and driving organizational agility across APAC.
With over a decade of experience spanning global firms, Varun brings a track record of excellence in HR business partnering, organizational design, M&A integration, capability development, and employee experience. Prior to joining Zeitview, he served as Senior Manager, People & Culture Business Partner at Vestas, where he led HR strategies for 800+ employees and Learning & Development for over 5,000, playing a pivotal role in the post-merger integration of Utopus Insights.
Previously, at Cerner Corporation, Varun managed HR operations for over 1,800 employees during the company’s integration with Oracle. His earlier tenure at Wells Fargo and Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories saw him take on diverse HR leadership responsibilities, including strategic workforce planning, succession management, DEI, and performance transformation.
A graduate of Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development with an MBA in Human Resource Management, Varun also holds a BBA in International Business from Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies, and an International Baccalaureate diploma from Jakarta Intercultural School. His appointment reflects Zeitview’s focus on people-led growth as it scales its mission across renewable energy and critical infrastructure industries.
