With over two decades of dedicated service at Allcargo Logistics, Vasant brings a wealth of experience in talent acquisition, corporate HR, global payroll management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, talent management, and performance management.
Vasant Shetty has been with Allcargo Logistics Ltd for 20 years and 8 months. Prior to his current role, he served as the Vice President of HR for eight years, where he played a crucial role in shaping and implementing HR strategies that supported the company’s growth and success. He also held the position of General Manager for over 12 years, contributing significantly to the organization’s HR development and operational efficiency.
Before joining Allcargo Logistics, Vasant worked at Faber-Castell India as a Human Resources Development Manager, responsible for managing the complete gamut of corporate HR functions. He also held HR roles in the IT and construction industries, gaining extensive experience in corporate HR and administration. Vasant began his career as a Personnel Officer in a large manufacturing industry, where he honed his skills in human resources management.
