In his new role, Raman will oversee operational strategy, service delivery, and organizational scalability while supporting Health Prime’s mission to improve financial performance and operational efficiency for healthcare providers.
Raman brings extensive leadership experience across healthcare services, insurance, and legal operations, with a proven track record in driving operational transformation and building high-performing teams. Prior to joining Health Prime, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Compex Legal Services, where he led large operational teams and transformation initiatives focused on improving efficiency and service delivery.
Earlier in his career, Raman spent nearly seven years with MedAssist, a Firstsource company, where he served as President – Healthcare Provider and previously as President & CEO – Healthcare, leading the company’s healthcare business unit and overseeing growth strategy, client relationships, operational performance, and talent development. He also held senior leadership roles with Firstsource Solutions USA, including Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President – Operations, where he managed operations across North America and India for healthcare payer services. Raman began his career in operations leadership roles with Firstsource Solutions Ltd, Lason India, and Vetri Software, building strong expertise in operations management, service delivery, and business growth.
