Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, December 2025 – Venkatareddy Karna has joined Scripbox as the new Chief Financial Officer, bringing with him over 15 years of diverse experience in financial leadership roles across retail, lifestyle, and investment-focused industries. In his new role, he will lead the financial strategy, audit, legal compliance, and investor relationships at one of India’s premier wealth management firms.
Prior to joining Scripbox, Venkatareddy Karna served for over four years as Chief Financial Officer at Wildcraft India, where he spearheaded the Finance, Audit, and Legal functions. His contributions included business support, process re-engineering, and managing investor relationships with a deep emphasis on thought leadership and strategic financial planning.
Before that, he worked with Melorra as Finance Controller for nearly two years. There, he led business finance partnering, working capital management, fundraising, and strategic planning. He played a critical role in due diligence and investor engagement, ensuring smooth treasury and audit operations during the brand’s growth phase.
Earlier, Venkatareddy was the Chief Financial Controller at Modenik Lifestyle for over four years. His accomplishments included building strong finance and operations teams, developing best-in-class FP&A processes, and ensuring financial integrity across multi-channel operations including online, direct phone, distribution, and retail. His ability to drive performance through financial storyboarding and end-to-end controllership was highly regarded.
In his earlier career, he held finance roles at Khazana Jewellery Pvt. Ltd. and EID Parry India Ltd., contributing to business analysis and financial strategy in leadership capacities. He also began his career as an Audit Assistant at T Kumar & Co in Ongole, Andhra Pradesh, where he built a strong foundation in financial auditing and compliance.
