I look forward to collaborating with the talented teams at Vertex to drive the Vertex 2.0 transformation and deliver exceptional value for our clients worldwide.”

Krishna’s contributions to the customer experience domain have been widely acclaimed. He was named CX Professional of the Year (2025), recognized among the Top 100 Great People Managers in India (2023) by the Great Manager Institute and National HRD Network, and included in the Top 100 CX Leaders in India (2022) at the World CX Summit by Trescon.
