His focus on CX automation, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration positioned Urbanic as a benchmark for digital-first customer engagement. Krishna’s earlier professional journey includes senior leadership roles at Times Internet and Urban Company, where he drove major customer experience and process innovation initiatives.
