India, July 2024 – Vignesh Kanniappan has started a new position as Head – Human Resources & Administration at Noratel. Vignesh brings extensive experience in human resources and administration to his new role.
Vignesh Kanniappan was previously a Senior Manager – Human Resources at Ola Electric for 1 year and 6 months, where he led HR initiatives and contributed to the development of the company’s HR strategies in Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu.
Prior to that, he served as a Manager – Human Resources at Johnson Lifts & Escalators for 7 months, focusing on HR management and strategic HR initiatives in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
Vignesh’s career also includes nearly 8 years at Allison Transmission as Head – Human Resources, where he was responsible for overseeing HR functions and contributing to the company’s HR strategy in Chennai Area, India.
He also worked as an Assistant Manager – Human Resources at BorgWarner for over 2 years, managing HR operations and supporting the HR team in Chennai Area, India.
Earlier in his career, Vignesh served as an Executive – Human Resources at Tacle Automotive India Pvt Ltd for over 2 years, and at Visteon Automotive Systems for over 2 years, where he gained valuable experience in HR management and employee relations.
He began his career as an Executive – Human Resources at Godrej Global Solutions Ltd., where he worked for 2 years, developing foundational HR skills and expertise.
