Before joining Accenture, Vik Malhotra served as SVP, Global Head of Total Rewards, Performance & People Insights at Mondelēz International. Prior to that, he was EVP, Global Head of Total Rewards at Wells Fargo. These roles reflect strong leadership across global rewards strategy, compensation design, performance frameworks, and people analytics at large multinational organizations.
A significant phase of his career was built at Hilton, where he spent more than seven years across multiple leadership roles including Senior Vice President, HR – Global Total Rewards, Vice President, HR – Global Total Rewards, Vice President, Executive Compensation & Global Benefits, Senior Director, Executive Compensation, and Director, Executive Compensation. These assignments reflect sustained progression across compensation strategy, benefits leadership, and global rewards transformation.
Earlier, he was associated with Capital One as Sr. Manager, International Compensation and Manager – Compensation. Prior to that, he worked with The Home Depot in roles including Manager – Executive Compensation, Finance Leadership Program, and Sr. Business Analyst. In the earlier phase of his professional journey, he was associated with Aimco, Darden Restaurants, Marriott International, and Walt Disney World.
