Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, January 2026 — TVS Supply Chain Solutions has appointed Vikas Chadha as its Global Chief Executive Officer, effective January 22, 2026, initiating a structured leadership transition ahead of the planned retirement of Managing Director Ravi Viswanathan. The company confirmed that Viswanathan will continue in his role through FY27 to ensure continuity and operational stability. The transition forms part of TVS SCS’s long-term succession strategy as it strengthens its global footprint and execution capabilities.
Vikas Chadha brings over three decades of leadership experience across large, multi-country operations, including oversight of businesses with revenues exceeding $1 billion. His appointment underscores TVS SCS’s focus on sustained global growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation as the company scales across international markets.
Prior to joining TVS Supply Chain Solutions, Vikas Chadha served as Chief Executive Officer of Jumbo Electronics Company Limited (LLC), Dubai, where he led diversified consumer and enterprise businesses across the Middle East, driving transformation, digital adoption, and profitable expansion for over four years.
Earlier, he spent more than 12 years with Honeywell, holding a series of global leadership roles. As Vice President – Sales Excellence, he partnered with global commercial teams to deploy tools and processes that maximized sales productivity. He also led Honeywell’s Commercial Security Global Business P&L, served as Vice President – Honeywell Building Solutions Europe overseeing operations across 20 countries, and was President – Honeywell India, managing commercial business and exports with a workforce of 15,000 employees across 50 cities. As Managing Director – Honeywell Automation India Limited, he led a $300 million listed entity, strengthening governance and growth momentum.
In earlier assignments, Chadha was Consultant at McKinsey & Company, advising clients in consumer electronics, telecom, banking, and real estate on strategy and performance improvement. He also served as National Sales Manager – India at Sharp Electronics and began his career at Larsen & Toubro Limited, rising from Graduate Engineer Trainee to Branch Sales Head – Telecom Products. He holds a Post Graduate Program in Finance and Marketing from the Indian School of Business (ISB).
