Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, October 2024 — Vikas Sharma has taken on the role of Vice President CSR-Education-L&D & HR Services at The Yoga Institute Mumbai, one of the world’s oldest organized yoga centers. In his new role, Vikas will oversee corporate social responsibility, education initiatives, learning and development, and human resources services, contributing to the Institute’s mission of spreading yoga as a way of life.
Before joining The Yoga Institute Mumbai, Vikas Sharma was the Founder of Amarnath Charitable Trust, where he led the organization for around six months, focusing on education, employability, human rights, and social issues such as child and women trafficking, senior citizen care, orphan care, animal welfare, and mental health.
Earlier, Vikas held the position of General Manager at QGroup for nearly three years. During his tenure, he managed corporate and government sales and operations across India, driving significant growth for the company.
Prior to that, Vikas spent over eight years as a Writer at The Magic Pen, showcasing his creative writing abilities and building a name for himself in the literary world.
